  65. European customers may pay in German Marks (DM), the prices are DM 40,-
  66. for a Node key and DM 20,- for a Point key, DM 10,- for disk shipping and
  67. DM 10,- for cheque fees. A postal money order has to be issued in DM anyway!

  69. Re-Issuing of a Key is necessary when the key file is lost (make a backup
  70. immediately after receiving the key!) or when the data inside has to be
  71. changed (e.g. when selling the license etc.). Changing the encoded net
  72. address is NOT necessary, it does not have any effects to the correct
  73. execution of FastEcho! It's just a cosmetic ...
